We are particularly skilled in mass litigation management (e.g. for airlines, cruise operators, insurers), having developed innovative IT-based claims management systems that enable efficient handling of multiple proceedings while ensuring consistent quality and timely reporting.
In ADR, the firm has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. We regularly assist international clients in cross-border disputes, leveraging our deep knowledge of both civil law and common law systems. Our lawyers specialise in debt recovery and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Italy, with particular expertise in the application of EU Regulation 1215/2012.
