“I am a lawyer specializing in civil and commercial law. My practice covers a wide range of legal areas, with a particular focus on commercial/corporate litigation before national and international courts and arbitral tribunals, as well as product liability. I also regularly serve as Arbitrator.

In commercial and corporate litigation, I have gained significant experience in managing complex disputes, often characterized by international elements. In the field of product liability, I assist domestic and foreign companies in managing recall procedures, defining compliance strategies, and implementing corrective actions, as well as in the resulting litigation. In the area of contract law, I provide advice both during the negotiation phase and in managing any ensuing disputes, with a particular focus on risk prevention and management.

Before becoming Partner at 3D Legal – Dandria Studio Legale in 2020, I worked for over 15 years in the litigation departments of Gianni Origoni and Orsingher Ortu.

Since 2016, I have been recommended by Who's Who Legal as an expert in the Product Liability category.

I have been admitted to the Milan Bar since 2003 and am qualified to practice before the Higher Courts.”
